Terms of use and access to the site: Lecxeco inc. allows you to use this platform on a personal basis only and can not be used for any commercial purpose. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to resell or commercially exploit the documents or any other information contained in this platform.

Modifications and errors: Lecxeco inc. reserves the right to modify the products and promotions advertised on the site, as well as the technical details of the products, subject to the legislation in force. Applicable laws and jurisdiction: This agreement and the use of this site is governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada, without giving effect to any principle relating to conflict of laws. Those who choose to access the site from other countries or regions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. If any text of this agreement is invalid or unlawful for any reason whatsoever, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of any other provision.

Privacy and security policy


This privacy and security policy is our commitment to our customers to protect their personal information while using the Lecxeco inc. This policy also aims to provide a means of confirming your order online in a safe manner. Any use of our site by you indicates that you consent to our collection and use of information in the manner described in this Privacy and Security Policy. In the event that you do not consent to this, you must cease all use of our site.

Personal Information Collected: Personal information allows to identify you as an individual (hereinafter referred to as personal information). You must provide us with certain personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to identify you on an account creation and credit application, and / or an access code request to order from our site. This personal information is stored on our server as long as your account with us is active. To confirm any order made on our site, we will also need to provide you with information related to your credit card. Please note that this information will be strictly used for the purpose of preauthorizing the payment of your order and in no case will it be transmitted to our server or saved on it.

Knowledge and Consent: Lecxeco inc. will only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. By submitting an application for an account and credit application and / or an access code request, you consent to the use of your information to confirm a transaction. In the event that we wish to change the manner in which we use your personal information, Lecxeco inc. agrees to seek your consent in advance.

Confidentiality of Personal Information: Lecxeco inc. is committed to respecting the confidentiality of all personal information collected on this site. The only persons who will have access to this personal information are our employees, our representatives and agents, as well as the suppliers whose services have been retained to enable us to offer you the products ordered or for any other purposes described in this policy. All individuals who have access to personal information are required to protect them and must comply with the general privacy principles set out in this policy.

Disclosure of Personal Information: Lecxeco inc. will not disclose, trade, lease or sell your personal information except for the purposes set out in this policy.

Security: All personal information transmitted on our site is encrypted using SSL before being directed to our server. The same procedure applies for credit card information before it is sent to a financial institution for issuance of a pre-authorization payment number. All of these measures are intended to protect the information transmitted in order to prevent it from being read during the transfer. Please note that the access to the personal information stored on our server is protected by access rights and a password.

Interpretation clause: This policy is written in English and French. However, if there were to be disparities between the two versions, the French version should be considered as having precedence over the English version.

Terms of sale


--> 1 ) The products shall be sold and delivered by Lecxeco to the Jonquière plant. All transportation costs will be paid by the buyer.

--> 2 ) The products shall remain thesole property of Lecxeco until the purchase price has been paid in full.

--> 3 ) The buyer commits to keeping the products free and clear of all liens or charge as long as Lecxeco remains their owner.

--> 4 ) Any claim related to a quality defect must be made within ten (10) days after the buyer has taken possession of the products.

--> 5 ) Lecxeco’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing as the case may be the products that have been rejected because of a quality defect.Lecxeco shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss suffered by the buyer.

--> 6 ) It is also agreed that Lecxeco will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, or loss suffered by the purchaser in the case of force majeure.

As used in this Agreement, a "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any occurrence or event beyond the reasonable control of the party claiming the Force Majeure Event which causes the party to be unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and which by exercise of due foresight such party could not reasonably have been expected to avoid. Such an occurrence or event may include, but is not limited to, acts of God, fire, insurrections, riots, embargoes, requirements or regulations of government or municipal authorities, delays in obtaining raw material, strike, equipment failure,permits, certificates, licenses, rights and other authorizations.
